Sunday Dinner Party for Four

The menu a few nights ago went something like this:

to start: prosciutto with table crackers and chives.  hand pulled mozzerella with an egg yolk.

side: orzo with romesco.

entree: wild caught king salmon cooked in a south african dill chimichurri sauce and lemons.
