New Winter Items From the Folks Over at Station 22

Station 22 Cafe rolled out with yet another seasonal menu of delicious, mouth watering sandwiches for this season.  One show stopper is that beefalo burger.  If it’s been a while since you’ve been over to 22 W. Center Street in Provo, I highly recommend making your way over for lunch or dinner sometime soon for some great new sandwiches.  Here are four of the new items on the menu, descriptions stolen from their website, but I figured they wouldn’t care too much, as they know a little bit more than I do about the ingredients.

Basil Chicken Sandwich.  Featuring healthy grilled chicken with pesto, lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, and fresh leaf basil.

The Jack Kerouac Burger. A French-influenced, All-American burger. 3 words you need to know about this burger: Bourbon, Bacon & Brie. Made with 1/3 pound of 100% organic beefalo.  Yes, that is right, beefalo.  Not exactly sure what that is?  Read about it on Station 22’s blog.

The Hogwash Sandwich.  Applewood roasted pork tenderloin, sliced thin and piled high on a ciabatta roll with grilled sliced apple and an pork-apple au jus for dipping.

Footlong corndog.  A polish sausage battered in their special house cornbread and hot pepper batter.
